Mr. Chandu Sambasiva Rao, served as a Space Scientist, Educator, Communicator, and an Award Winning Management expert, in the areas of Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Change Management, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management and Negotiation, Quality, Project Management, People Development, Competency Mapping, and Process Centric Thinking. He is a certified Project Management Professional served, for over 20 years, at various prestigious organizations like ISRO, NASA, Cable and Wireless, Booz | Allen | Hamilton, various Departments of US Federal Government, both in India and in the USA. Served as an Adjunct Professor at various Institutions in US and taught subjects for working professionals as part of Workforce Development Initiatives.

Educated and earned advanced degrees in the fields of Engineering, and Management from NIT Surathkal, University of Kentucky, University of Maryland at College Park, and Johns Hopkins University and received the Performance Excellence Award, the highest recognition from Booz | Allen | Hamilton, for Management Consulting Services. He is awarded Gold Medal for meritorious services to the Indian Red Cross Society by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
