Hi, I am Laxman Balasubramaniam, I have 31 Years in the Software Development Life Cycle with Various responsibilities in Technology Development, Quality Management, Marketing Support and Solutions with Experience in large and Small Medium size Projects using Oracle and Web Based technologies with special focus on Quality Assurance Process for Testing and training since last 9 years. I have Built competency framework for various technologies with different domains and other related technologies like Open Source (Perl/Python/TCL/Tk/Ruby and Groovy). Trained more than 7000 to 11000 people across location in Automation, Enterprise, Open Source, and Domains trainings related to Testing.

I did my M.Sc (Physics) with Double Specialization in Electronics and Spectroscopy.
