Hi I am M.Rabindranath, “Rabi” as I am more commonly called, I have 18 years of experience in IT essentially in Software Testing /QA Engineering with large experience in establishing large test practices, running multi Geo located Test CoEs in Global organizations like Microsoft, Wipro Technologies , Bwin Party.com.

I have been in Global Leadership roles as Practice Head, Consultant, Test Architect and delivered multiple complex, huge multi located teams and global applications. Passionately built cross geo large teams and business growth for the organizations.

I am a Graduate and Post engineer with diploma in business management and lean leader with Six Sigma Black belt.
